• We have been a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2002 and are experienced building Southern Living house plans

• Southern Living selected our founder to serve on the board of the custom builder program

• We have been recognized by the North Carolina National Association of Home Builders as having one of the best safety programs in the state, as well as building the best custom home in the state multiple times

• We have an in-house design center where you can work with a specialist to design your dream home and an interior designer to select all the finish details that make your home unique to your family

• All of our staff have college degrees and deep roots in Eastern North Carolina

• Our employees hold multiple licenses, including general contracting and real estate licenses

• We are long-standing members of the National Association of Home Builders and the Chamber of Commerce

• We also give back to our community and make continuing contributions to Operation Finally Home, Ronald McDonald House, Empty Bowls and Habitat for Humanity
