Southern Living Custom Builder Program is a program of the highly regarded magazine, Southern Living and spans 14 states with more than 90 esteemed members. The mission of the program is to showcase the region’s best in custom building through authentic details, quality products and classic styling. Tab Premium Built Homes was the only builder chosen from Eastern North Carolina. We have been a member of the program since 2002 – one of the senior members of this elite collection of top builders in the country.

Our Southern Living Showcase Home

​

The home was featured in the Southern Living House Plans magazine and built by Tab Premium Built Homes was open for tours, and through ticket sales raised $10,000.00 for local and national charities. The Ronald McDonald House of Eastern NC, is a local non-profit organization that provides housing for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment at area medical facilities and allows families to be close to ones they love without having to spend money and time they don’t have traveling back and forth from their home and the hospital. Operation FINALLY HOME is a national nonprofit organization that works to provide custom-made, mortgage-free homes to our nations wounded and disabled veterans, as well as for the families of soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Click here to learn more about Operation Finally Home.
